Venting out some shit

If u noticed by the title (Vent) meaning a video with my feelings being let out. So yeah this is a suicidal/self-harm vent kinda warning.
So, recently I've tried to crawl out of depression for about a year. Having panic attacks, nightmares, ect. So yeah, sometimes I get memories brought up by certain places, it trigger flashbacks on my ex, nightmares and other bad shit... I just wanna tell the truth on what's been going on for a while now... The good news, is that I'm reaching out for help from a therapist and little by little I've been crawling out into the threshold of depression and feeling okay. So yeah that's where I've been.
